The three-storey business centre undoubtedly indicates the stylistic progress of the designer after the Craftshouse built a few years before that. The motives inherited from the organic architectural trend have been further simplified, and can only be discovered in the curves of the roof windows or in the tree-like metal holders emphasizing the entrances reaching up to the top of the building. A distinct but not determinant sign pointing to this era is the uniquely scabrous glass pyramid in the middle of the roof. The use of metal, especially in the roof structure of the inner courtyard forecasts the hi-tech architecture expanding in Hungary in the nineties. The green ceramics covering of the ground floor, a traditional motive of Pécs, can be found here as well.
