Father and son, Gábor and Bence Turányi run the T2a architecture studio that designed a dwelling house using all the legally available space to the fullest, yet standing out among the crowd of apartment houses with its demanding architectural language. The cubic facades are covered with recycled bricks, evoking the firewalls that are so characteristic of the city's urban landscape. Certain marks, such as the forms of the parapets remind us of the "golden" Bauhaus age of apartment house construction in the city, while others, such as the pothole-looking windows glancing over the terraces are characteristic solutions of contemporary local architecture. This latter facade is in an exciting contrast to the three bays with tiny tuck in balconies reminding the viewer of bastion walls with narrow cuts.
