The inner design of this large building is the work of Dezs? Ekler, while the plans of the facades were made in the studio of Domininque Perrault. The design of the latter was no doubt the greatest challenge, as the 18 thousand square meter office block that meets a great demand in the area with its enormous size, runs four parcels down the southern side of Nagyenyed street, forming most of the street line. Compared to the early designs, the completed facade became far more secluded, still the full-height windows mounted like alternating turning blinds keep the look of the facade fluent and playful. The two vertical rows of slightly slanted windows divide the facade into three sections, and their waving effect gives the impression of movement while passing by the house. The cappuccino tinted facade blends in with the dim colors of the surrounding older buildings.
